  1. Death of the next generation - Zandvlei Estuary Reserve.

    The controversial "Traditional Netting" practice around False Bay, Cape Town, South Africa continues. This one took place at Sunrise Circle near the mouth of the Zandvlei Estuary Nature Reserve in Muizenberg on 27-10-2014. The estuary is a nursery for many of the species harvested by this indiscriminate method of fishing.

  2. Small Pond, Big Fish, Good Company

    I spent the day at the Croc Farm fly fishing with friends and celebrating Sean Mills birthday. Fishing was very slow as we started targeting a large school of decent size Tilapia. After throwing every fly in the box at them without any result we split up and moved around the dam looking for likely bass holding spots.
