Well maybe in this case it does.......no Buff = skin cancer = no man = no more fishing!!

Ok, so a buff is going to prevent skin cancer??? What about a good old fashioned broadrim hat and the ever important sun screen...

Oh and a decent shirt will have a collar that can fold up to protect your kneck in anycase...

Well so far there are 25 "drols in die drink water" but only 1 @rsehole......so not bad.
