    Default my pb smallmouth

    I caught this sm on the 1st of oct 2011 at eendekuil on the vaal .

    The fish i don't think i'll catch again any time soon !
    3.8kg and 84cm in length .

    It was one hell of a fight and one i will not forget EVER !
    have rod , will travel . . .

    Stay positive, thats ff. I do that with trout/Bass and consistently catch good ones.

    I do try trust me , every time i go nymphing after that one i wait for the same take . hahahha .

    You fish bass ? What's a good day vistit in gauteng ?

    If that fish wasn't so 'skinny' she would have weighed MUCH more; awesome specimen, the tail [just like in real life] gives them away

    You are right! It is a Small Mouth! Most people get much more rod into it!!! (Sorry man - i will stop now - couldn't help myself! )

    Beautiful fish though - really well done - strange that it didn't weigh more for that length though. Must have given you a great fight!
