    I wanted to check as the F2 is the Fibreglass model and they only make a 8' 4wt and not 8'8". So you had us both confused there for a while

    Sorry, I fished with Stephen B's F2 a few weeks ago and probably had that on my mind.
    If I were to buy a rod now it would be the fibreglass F2, its a very sweet rod with a lovely action. I think the new fast stream rods have lost the plot.
