    Arrow Surface flies

I'm going through a "surface" phase i.e. topwater action and would like some input ito patterns and their imitations. In my arsenal currently I have Frogs, Mice and Ducklings, are there any others that you can recommend or aware off? I wacked 2 Barbel yesterday on my Mouse,it's maiden voyage!

    Thanks

I also reckon a snake imitation would work.

I love the movement of that snake. From the look of the fly it is multi-articulated similar to the legs on that leopard frog of Murray's.

    Gerrit

I would definitely add some Siliclones and Pop Lips......

On a floating line they stay right on the surface and if you get the Pop Lips version to swim properly it looks awesome in the water.

    Cheers
