    I used 9 yes. 1x Stripper, 8x snakes + tip top.

Ryan I think it's actually very similar to my 8ft 2weight. It feels a little lighter in the hand (it's just over a foot shorter so guess that should be obvious).

I just sprayed another blank that I'm working on over the weekend with these rodpaint.jpg.
It looks like it will work decently. I might go for the same combo, but possibly a different colour.

So I cheated and used a guide calculator. Attached is an image. Does this mean anything to anyone?

There is a higher res version available here: http://www.benviljoenphotography.co....vehigerres.jpg

I also made a few casts outside (in the snow...ALASKA!! whoohoo :-)) , whipped it a bit to put some strain on it. Seems to hold up just fine.
Looks to make quite a nice curve there - not obvious angles in the line - which is what you want.

Looks to be quite a moderate flex in that rod. Looks great.

Eish, thanks for that Gary, will have to look into that!

Is it not possibly because my website is very picture heavy?

In laymen's terms ... sometimes there are other sites on the same host server as your site that has issues (the site, not the server) - companies like Gary's will pick that up, even if it does not directly affect or include your site. The software will pick that up and report like Gary's did.

This is what my host server says:

    Dear Ben,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please note that we have tested accessing your website and it seems to be loading fine without any warnings regarding malware on the website.

Please also note that we can not find any malicious script on your website.

What does Gary's co. do that they would pick this sort of thing up?

Ask them if you are on a shared server ... most likely you are.

Are not all (or most) websites on a shared server?

No, some are dedicated, which is also more expensive unfortunately.
