Durban/ Ballito 30 Aug - 3 September

I am thinking of taking my family down to Durbs for a well deserved break.
If we decide on Durbs, I would like to take them out to Ushaka, but I would also like to scratch the Surf with the fly and then I was thinking that a charter outing on the 1st wouldn't hurt either.

Any suggestions? What does it cost these days? Who should I look at?
