Default False albacore from the shore

I fished Long Island, NY over the weekend as my dad is visiting from SA.
The fall run is starting up in full force in the North East which means that bait is starting to collect in serious numbers before migrating south. We fished an inlet where large numbers of anchovies where sheltering tight against the rock jetty on the sides of the inlet. The albies were tearing up and down into the anchovies; poor anchovies didn't stand a chance We were using tan over clear epoxies and thank fully the albies liked them. We got 13 between 3 of us on 8/9#.
