Default Lake run browns in upstate NY

I haven't posted often on the trout part of the site, but I thought these were worth sharing.

I'm a saffa living in New York. I fished upstate NY this past weekend for steelhead and lake-run browns in the tributaries of Lake Ontario. Only one steelhead, but we came right with some good browns.

The fish come into the tribs to spawn and eat salmon eggs; all the fish were caught fishing with beads on switch rods. (Alaska-style)

    Very nice fish, well done!

Lovely fish, NY State has spectacular fishing, you should fish more and post more pictures to make us GREEN.

PS: we do have some good SM Yellow fish fishing,
