I read this just before I went to bed, and now I am so scared I can't sleep.
What if I actually bump into one of these people on the street?
Scary.....very scary

Maybe now is a good time to ask all Flytalkers to refrain from getting into a fist fight on Sealine (or any other forum for that matter).
By all means post your comments but keep a level head. There are a lot of good guys on Sealine. Just the facts Jack.

Bubble, Bubble, Bubble and Squeak...I think this mixture is too weak!!!???" (Wrex Tarr)
if you have to explain it to them, there is no point in explaining it to them.
now try and explain THAT to them.
This debate comes down to jealousy.
Wormers and jiggers, most likely look around and notice that they are sitting knee-deep in rotten bait, mouldy pap, litter (probably that the bait came in), fish heads & scales (hook and cook is the in thing for these people), wondering why they arn't catching any decent fish (see previous point). At some stage, as they are removing a rusty treble from their foot (probably that their "mate" discarded after ripping it out of a fishes gills), they notice that flyfishers are enjoying some pretty good fishing in pristine environments and think "why can't we also fish there" ...

I believe, what ever fishing gives you joy, do it.
But we have to admit, the average "fluffchucker" do consider himself a subspecies of the fisherfolk.
