Photos are coming out all gobbly gook.
Maybe admin can put in right order.
Hook #6 to #12 Wet fly.
Thread to color match: Green, brown olive etc
Eyes: Burnt Mono, Booby eyes or tungsten Bead.
Body: Antron Dubbing, color Green/Olive/Brown/Grey or combination to create the right color.
Legs: Rubber legs
Burn mono and tie in eyes or use the Booby eyes or tungsten eyes. (will describe later why the different eyes)
Take long strands of Antron yarn and tie in half way of the piece, two thirds up the hook shank.
Tie a batch on both sides, and top and bottom.
Fold back the front facing sections.
Tie down the body, to make it easier to tie in the rubber legs.
Tie the 3 sets of legs in and fix in position with some antron dubbing on the thread.
Take the fly out of vice and grip in required position the end of the body in hackle pliers and melt the antron.

More photos, sorry, for the deurmekaar, but somehow something is not working right
You can wrap the body with a bit of thread to keep out of the way, while you tie in the legs, as per the last photo

and one or 2 more.
When fished with a floating line, you can fish the fly with mono eyes, for neutral density or with the tungsten bead, as a diving dragon.
Fished with a sinking or intermediate line over weedbeds, booby eyes will be a good way to fish the Antron Dragon.
The legs will give a movement, fished with little figure 8 retrieves or short jerky retrieve. The body will have the pulsating movement of a Dragon nymph propelling itself

You can add a bit of "barring" on the body with a permanent marker.
Google "Dragonfly Nymph" images, and see how close this fly is to the original.
use your imagination to chop change and add.
a little wingcase is a nice add-on if you wish

Very nice technique with the burning of the antron. Nice pattern as well! +1

Another little "add-on" is to wrap the shank of the hook with a bit of holographic tinsel, for a bit of subdued sparkle.
