    Default World Fly Fishing Championships 2014

    Hi Guys,

    Herewith introducing our team members competing in the World Fly Fishing Championships in the Czech Republic from the 30th of May to the 1st of June. I will post all the members during the course of this coming week.

    We will also run a raffle to raise funds, R 70 000 worth of prizes, information will follow shortly.

    MC Coetzer – Manager / Coach

    Age: 44

    Location: Cape Town

    Occupation: Attorney

    Fishing Province: WP

    Competitive History - 4 World Championships as angler, 5 Junior World Championships as coach
    6 South African Championships: 6 Team Medals, 3 Individual Medals.

    Favourite type of fly fishing: Salt.

    Favourite Stream fly: Parachute RAB.

    Favourite Stillwater fly: CDC Bugger.

    Favourite Other fly: Siliclone.

    When not fly fishing: Mountain biking, family,rock and surf fishing, light tackle estuary, red wine.

    I withdrew from trails, with my own business, the pressure is to much to commit the time that is required to prepare, train and go to Worlds. It is a very good team with committed anglers, that will do well.

    This is a really solid team.
    Catch and Release fishing is a lot like golf. You don't have to eat the ball to have a good time...
