I tried to purchase some tickets yesterday... sent you a mail with some questions, but perhaps should post here as well.
1: Can you add the Branch name or Code to the banking details as my bank won't allow me to make a payment unless I have one of those.
2: After going through the process on page 1, do we receive a confirmation email of any sorts confirming that we have been entered into the raffle? If so I have not received anything yet... or do we only receive the notification and confirmation AFTER payment? If you can clarify please, that would be great cause as it stands now it seems to be that we are just depositing R X.00 into the account without any confirmation that we are actually entered into the raffle itself...
