Well they say Flyfishers suffer from the Ostrich syndrome, if you guys see the stuff posted on the other groupsite I visit every now and then, you'll snap your jockstrap elastic before it even gets in a knot!!!

And they are more into catch&release and conservation matters than most groups... But at least there is some sort of awareness - and that can always be fine tuned.

The minute I put mine back in the water they're off faster than a bullet.

Play the fish until its totally pap... then its too tired to do anything but just lie there.:biggrin:

First you let them lie on the sand or on the rocks until they stop flopping around. After that it's easy, peasy:biggrin:

I have found a wading boot on the head to indicate where it should remain and that it should in fact remain, works wonders in ensuring shot composition.

Enjoyed that bit of humour and had a quiet chuckle to myself.
