Trout streams Grabouw area

i see its a old thread but do any of these areas still have good trout fishing

In the late 1960's a couple of us stocked a couple of the streams around Greyton with Rainbows. We built stone weirs on them as they were pretty shallow and fished them a couple of times before I was transferred to KZN in the 1970's. Never returned when I was transferred back to Cape Town as my contact had died. Always wondered how they did as they were flowing throughout the summer as the farmers only drew water as the streams left the valleys. Water was not peat stained so fish bred.
