River looks awesome! Thanks for the pics.
Hey guys
As some of you might know I'm currently on Vancouver Island. Just came back from a couple of days' hiking and fishing. Managed to get a good couple of pinks on the Cambell River. Just a couple of pics...

Hi Korrie, yes it has. Firstly the fish seem to hang in the sea hust outside the river mouths until the rivers have the correct flow, so because the rivers are so low the fish aren't entering the rivers in numbers that the usually do. So they closed a lot rivers because of fishing pressure, so now we have to travel quite some distance to get to good fishing water. I see it as an oppertunity to see places that I'd never seen before. So Wednesday we're leaving for a small town called Sayward on the banks of the salmon river. Heard good reports of that areA. We've done a lot of alpine hiking as well, and I can tell you its crazy warm here

About 8 years ago, I visited BC and surrounds.
That year was the driest, most sunshine, etc, (they keep all kinds of records) in recorded history.
I guess that records might be broken by end September this year again??
