Not sure who will sell it locally but you can buy it online through Amazon, will cost about R215 with shipping and everything. Might order one for myself

i got mine from upstream flyfishing at about R200

You can make this up yourself. Much cheaper (I've done it). The small threading hook is very similar to one used by bait fisherman for their "boilie" setup. For the small plastic sleeve you can use an off cut from the sleeve that comes with the braided loop connections. Works a treat!
