    Default Bo La Motte

Aniversary is coming up in a couple of weeks and booked at bo la Motte in Franschoek. Apparently they have a couple of dams with bass and trout.
Anybody stay here before and know if there is any decent fishing to be had?

one or two small stokkie ponds. Its difficult to say how the fishing is, because it really depends if they have been stocked or not.

The stocking ponds can be fun. a couple of buzzers on 7x tippet beats sitting doing nothing.

Probably a good idea to mail them or call them a few days before you go, to find out if they have recently stocked, and what the fishing is like.

Yes well asked if there was fishing and the lady that replied to the email said yes there is bass and SALMON. So didnt think I would get much more reliable info lol.
Will take my rod with and see what happens.
Hopefully the wife will be understanding seeing as it is our aniversary.
