Will it be possible to hunt grunters with a bow and arrow, whilst they are tailing?

After hour and hour and frustrating hour to try and catch a f*ck*ng tailing grunter, I am just about ready to try anything to get one of those tailing bastards. A gun, bow and arrow, dynamite, anything!!!

If you can do spear fishing for salt water fish. Surely bow fishing for.grunter should be legal?

If you look at this shot, it should not be so difficult to get the grunters from a distance
