Difference between High end brand and local brands

Please advise where I can purchase VXP's for less than R3000 as the action of those rods suits my style of casting.

Keep an eye on the facebook second hand page. My last one I picked up last year thru Gumtree. Paid R3,500 for the rod plus a couple of reels and other cheaper rods which I sold. As it stands now the VXP only cost me R1500! And I still have a 9 weight Stealth Start 2 piece to get rid of.
