Rod Builders in Cape Town

Is there someone building rods in Cape Town or who can I talk to ?

I have a couple of rods plus all the hardware just need it assembled. Was cheap glass Bloke rods blanks I bought on ebay and don't want to spend a fortune.

What's the going rate to build a rod if I supply hardware ?
