Default New fly box design: Ripple box

It is not everyday that a new design hits the market.
I was forwarded this new design to fit flies in a fly box.
    A really cool idea,
One size ripple fits from small flies to very big flies.

Ironically I toyed with a very similar idea (the wave) earlier this year when I made a wooden fly box and only had very thin (1mm) foam to work with. The foam was too thin for it to stay stable enough so I trashed the idea. They seem to have nailed it :-)

    The secret is dense silicone.
The advantage of silicone is that it does not absorb water like foam

Silicone also holds its form/shape very well.

I have tried to get silicone sheets of around 2-3mm, but they are (for me) hard to source. I have even tried those silicone baking sheets, but they had some ridges that I tried to remove, and that also did not come out too well. Battling (read unable) to find flat/smooth silicone sheeting 2-3mm thick.
