Thats 66 grams for the blank....what about all the bling? add another 100 grams
yeh, i hear you, but then you can decide if you want titanium components to keep the weight down.
who else sells a 10' 5wt blank? just so we can compare weight of the blanks. as far as i'm aware, you cannot get the 10' TFO blanks. they're not available - like their finesse series

Daiwa had a rod with no eyes on. How about a fly rod with no eyes and the line fed through the blank. that should solve it

as a matter of comparison (and i know it's not great)
Blank -- Length -- Weight (oz) -- Weight (g)
St Croix SC-IV -- 10' -- 2.3 -- 65.2
Sage Z-Axis -- 10' -- 3.5 -- 99.22
Winston Boron IIx -- 9'6" -- 3.25 -- 92.13
Gatti FRMaster -- 10' -- ? -- ?
G Loomis GL3 -- 9'6" -- ? -- ?
some are 3pc rods, others are 4pc
if anyone can add to this, please do
