Default Knot for thin tippet on thick gauge hooks

Do any of you find this to be a problem.
You just find the missing fly without explanation why it went missing?
Or as you put load onto the fish pop off.
What knots you find to be the best for above problem.
Just one more cast.......... make it count ...........

if someone else wants the "The Easy way to tie a Pitzen Knot" let me know and I will forward to you.

Once you are use to tying the Pitzen the easy way, it should take less than 4 seconds to tie
