Thanks - I have the Simms in both felt and Vibram soles. The felt is brilliant. I find the vibram incredibly slippery on even the smallest rocks, and dangerous.

You have to use VIbram with the screw in studds, makes HUGE difference.
a little tip, you can get exact same screw in screws in Stainless from speciality Engineering shops, works almost as good as titanium, except does not last as long, but MUCH cheaper.
