The club is really getting up to exciting stuff with very busy and diverse indoor and outdoor event programs. Due to demand we started fly tying sessions for beginners and advanced tiers with a guest fly tier popping in now and then. 1 Sep 14, Gordon vd Spuy will be showing us some new stuff.

The club has experienced significant growth over the past months and is standing on 95 members at present vs. 64 in Jan 14...not too shabby.

We are now entering the stage where we need to brand the club with caps and fishing shirts and whatever else.

Our club venue has also changed to Zwartkop Country Club in Centurion and what a fantastic partnership we are experiencing with this elite upmarket venue.

The Jacaranda Fly Fishing Club has exceeded all expectations by recording that we have achieved an early goal of 100 members on book...what a fantastic achievement in growth over close to 2 years...are we having serious fun or what ....anyone for a Martini .....how many congrats do we deserve?

The clubs first inter-club fishing challenge against KZNFFC will be held over the weekend of 31 Oct to 2 Nov 14...how cool is that?. 24 fly fishers from Jacaranda will be traveling by kombi's heading for the mighty waters of KZN packed with plenty bags of fun never mind the normal lekka stuff you take with. Are we going to have Serious Fun or what...helloo...see you all soon! You just gotta like this!
