I'm going to Inhaca in March, staying at a lodge on the west coast of the island, near the Pestana Hotel. Its not really a fishing trip , but I will take a rod and hopefully fit in a session or 2 somewhere. Does anyone know who I can contact if I wanted to go out on a boat for a day/morning?

It seems that shore based fishing is limited and not that good. Can anyone recommend a spot within walking or driving distance from the Pestana Hotel area?

Lastly, will a 9 weight suffice for fishing offshore reefs in the area or is this just plain stupid?

Going to Inhaca at end of March with a mate. Any recent fly fishing reports from there? We going out on his boat but am taking my 9wt.
