Those nembwe are really pretty looking fish. Well the tigers to. When I become good at ff, I also want to go catch some.

I had the similar privilege in the early 80's when I stayed in a hut on the banks of the Kavango at Buffalo for a period of just over a year, so yeah, I second that Herman. At that stage I never had suitably heavy fly tackle to handle some of the tigers that we regularly encountered, so I fished with lure instead.

I'd dig to go back there, this time armed with fly rods, instead of G5's.

How close would this lodge be to Buffalo - can't be too far?
