Hike in my Simms. They have been going for 3 seasons already, and I have always hiked up to the beat with them on. still plenty of felt left.
Do you hike in, in your wading boots?
Do you hike in with hiking boots and switch up at the river?
Are your hiking boots your wading boots?
Are you hardcore like Fario and fish barefoot?
What do you guys do when fishing the rivers?

There is also no option for waders with gum-boots (Damn I need some with booties!)

Many years ago I saw a Vaal local set up a dead bait rig for barbel using a 'past-used-by' date unfrozen forel as fodder.
I must admit I never hung around to check his results, the smell was awful.
The trout was a bit off as well.
