    I hear they have bass fishing now at Rustfontein?

    (And have opened to bookings...)

    Anyone know anything about how the bassing is?

    I have fished there before with my boet. One of the dams is quite big. There was a shite load of small bass at the time, I bet they are a bit bigger now...worth the look I reckon

    The place is very close to Bronkhorstspruit.

    I used to go fish there often, they used to have few nice small trout ponds as well that was quite reasonably stocked. The two bass dams used to have lots of Bass, so much so that catching a few stunted bass was common. The dam furthest away from the main buildings used to have some decent size bass.

    Nice day trip for a J'burger.
