    Very kind of Thumper to be so cooperative in donating to your cause.

    My Mrs came home from the barn last night with 2small handfulls of horse hair, white(ish) and a grey. Am going to stick a bit of each in the coffee grinder and see how it comes out.

    Any other ideas how horses could be helpful as a material source? Am just wondering about their looooong tail fibers.

    Years ago a good of mine friend of mine got into serious trouble with his significant other when she caught him blending roadkill squirrel fur and glitter in her mixer mincer shredder machine. I still have some of that dubbing mix and it is fantastic for all kinds of flies. I dread the day I will use the last bit of it, because my own wife also knows his story!
