    Default Flytalk Richtersveld trip

    Flytalk is planning a trip to the Orangs river, and in particularly, the Richtersveld national park. i have been tasked with the organising and logistics.

    The trip will take place from the 19th to 23rd August 2009, and will take the form of a fully catered, camping safari.
    2 nights at Pooitjiespram camp site, and a further 2 nights at De hoop camp site.
    The cost is R1 250.00 per person and a maximum of 12 people will be accommodated, plus myself and an assistant. (total 14)

    The cost will include all meals, camping fees, cooldrinks and fishing.
    Not included are alcohol (bring your own), park entrance which is free if you have a wild card, alternatively R65.00 per person. Transport is also not included, but it is anticiated that we will have at least 4 or 5 vehicles, whose passengers can share fuel costs.

    For those who come along, you will need your own pup tent, inflatable mattress, pillow, and personal effects.

    Forum members who are interested should respond to this thread. We will be asking for deposits by the end of June, with full payments to be paid by the end of July.

    More detail will be posted on this thread in due course, but in the meantime, let's have your questions and suggestions.
    Regards
    Andre

    Ohhh! Provisionally book me in!!
    Around the steel no tortur'd worm shall twine, No blood of living insect stain my line;
    Let me, less cruel, cast feather'd hook, With pliant rod athwart the pebbled brook,
    Silent along the mazy margin stray, And with fur-wrought fly delude the prey
