    Chris, I'm also still trying to get Skype under control. Have my speakers and all working well, but not my microphone.

    Maybe you and I should form a 'Microphoneless Team' here, Dave, I've the identical problem - apparently my computer is geared up for Skype but don't ask me how and i don't have a microphone! Maybe Jasper can help us, I know he specialises in helping the age-disadvantaged to overcome a fear of computers !..

    Hey guys, me and SWAMBO used skype and webcams last year to chat when she was in london, and yes in does chow the cap like mad! But it was worth every kB!!

    If you guys still struggle to get it going, give me a pm and ill try to help!

    Webcams - would that mean Popper and myself would need to look at each other live so to speak? Aaargh!

    Chris, dont be so hard on yourself. Just tested it to my family, works great, brother in New Zealand is next, Bluddy KIWI!! Still have to figure out using my lcd mic and not the phone.

    Check to see if there is an audio cable usually with pink ends going from the lcd mic output to the pink mic input on the back of the computer. Should solve the issue. Hopefully. Cheers andrew.
