Howzit everyone,
Thought it propper to introduce myself, as i have been checking the site for some time now without contributing. The name is Adriaan Sieberhagen. Though not very good at flyfishing, i have been doing it for almost 14 years now, and i laaik doing it, even though i use cheap rods and reels. Mostly fresh, but the last year salt as well. I completely blame this site for about 299.5 wasted hours spend flycasting into the brine (the 30 minutes or so of actually having a pull on the other end of the line made up for it though).

Don't believe a word of it! I happen to know that Adriaan is one of those anglers who puts in the time and the mileage, and he has some impressive catches on his CV. Case in point on the homepage: Clanwiliam yellows don't surrender themselves to just anyone with a fly rod!
