    Drifting, a technique used my some , to get from a point upstream, to a point downstream as quickly as the flow will carry you, with fairly minimum effort.

    Drifting can also be when in a meeting with a client/boss/supplier.... and your mind keeps "drifting" back to that stream, dam or general body of water that you have recently or will soon be fishing....
    I'm not addicted to fishing, I can quit anytime my wife makes me!!
