Nahoon used to have great mud flats, full of prawn and grunter. Never tried a fly but picked up quite a few nice specimens as the tide came in. This was about 30 years ago so no idea how it is now. Also plenty of mullet and skipjack. Had one taken off my belt one night by something in the water behind me. Not sure if it was a raggie or a zambi but reckon probably raggie as they infest the place. Just watch for torpedo rays as they breed in the lagoon and walking the shallows is fraught with hair raising shocks.
