As far as I know Spectra is just the name of the patented material used in braided lines? Are you looking for hollow core specifically? That's my guess... since most people call it "hollow core spectra" - there are a few guys importing it. Some makes are Jerry Brown and I recently got some Diamond braid which is also a hollow core - Speak to Nick de Kock, he imports the Diamond braid, but you'll probably have to by 1000m at a time. Otherwise Jerry Brown is the answer, speak to Nepptune he would be able to help you. (I think!)
