i'm not sure, but i'll check for you and post later or tomorrow...
it's diff to the normal skippers as you have to know the lights and the area better (sandbanks, channels etc).
another option is to check with my mate mike setterberg on "south african fishing blog" on the net. there is a contact email...he stays up here b ut goes down regularly to fish off the coastline...
he may be able to better prepare you with info and flies etc...
