    Red face Hi I am new to flyfishing.

    Hi All
    I have been hanging around on the forum for a while and decided to introduce myself.
    My name is Gareth as you probably have figured out already and I live in Potchefstroom.
    I have only been out fly Fishing twice in my life and I am 28 years old( that is really bad don't you think).

    I would like to know what types of flies work in the Potch and Parys areas because that is the only place I am able to fish for now.

    I am hoping to do a lot more fishing this year but with the floods I don't think it is going to be possible for now.

    Welcome and enjoy!

    Once the river settles down you are pefectly located for some excellent fishing. Use the search function for tips on flies, etc. There really is a wealth of info there.
