    Thumbs down Silver lined beads / Mercury beads

    So I jumped on the Pat Dorsey's bandwagon and brought in some silver lined beads / Mercury beads only to find it's exactly the same beads that I've been using for two seasons. (see this thread) The only pro of these imported beads is that they come in a midge size (sometimes very hard to find locally) which are great for #18's and up.

    So ja so much for the Mercury hype..

    Jy kon jouself baie geld en moeite gespaar het, deur na daai Bead Plek langs die Cellphone Shop by Foodlovers Market oorkant Suzuki en Honda in Zambezi Rylaan, te gaan aanklop het. Hulle het beads in enige kleur en size. Ek was so ruk terug daar en ek het myself 'n pakhuis vol van daai beads gekoop.

    Yup - never been to that one - but Miyuki Glass beads are the best I have seen (better than Koyo/Czech seed beads).
    15/0 for #18 (scud hook) & smaller.
    11/0 for #12-16 (scud hook)
