Default What are your must have flies?

    Hi

Let's say your flyboxes all got burnt/stolen/abducted by aliens, and you were allowed to replace only the patterns you deem the most important to have for freshwater (stillwater and rivers, trout and yellows,)?

What flies would make your list, and in which colours & sizes?

    I hope this gets interesting!

always tough.. smallstream trout: Elk & CDC + GRHE variations.

Although no matter where I fish, for whatever species, I always seem to have a Kaufmann Stimulator with me... even if its mysteriously lying in the saltbox!

Nymphing, adds depth to your fly fishing.
