    Hope they get some rain before then for your sake Koos. I was there two years ago to the day and it was but a mere trickle - best water was below the confluence at crystal pools down to the main gate. Obviously after some decent rains the complete opposite holds true and taking a good hike up the river about 5km past the camp or fishing in the tweedassiespruit is a better bet.

    Think I've sent you pics of those yellow foam grasshoppers and CDC nymphs I used there?

    I am staying just outside the reserve. Will fish private water as well as the reserve and maybe even lower down outside the reserve.....

    Yip I still have some of those foam hoppers in my box, need to tie some cdc & elks with rubber legs!

    I can't join you this weekend Mario, but let plan something for the next few weeks! I'm afraid if I ask for shore leave this weekend from the SWAMBO, I will be castrated.
