Agreed Mario, wrt Malawi it is just a pitty their president is stuffing up the place Mugabe style.

Malawi has so much to offer, the mountains, especialy Mulangi is just spectacular.

This is not the only place in Malawi that has Trout there is another place too.
Not sure about the name, but I once saw it in the GO magazine. I know that the foothills of Kilimanjaro also boasts some trout fishing.

A place I would like to visit is the Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe.

Really nice to see these photos from Malawi and good to hear the trout are spawning successfully without any management. As someone has already pointed out, there is much hidden potential for trout fishing in the rest of Africa - Zim, Kenya, Ethiopia, Morocco to name just a few.
