Our base will be "Die Opstalletjie", this magnificent beachfront property is on the Witsand side of the river, with close access to the mouth. See the red circle on the image below.
We also have the use of 5m. and 4.3m semi-rigid rubberducks with skippers Mark O'Conner and Philip Meyer to access the various fishing spots.
We will target all the regular Breede visitors, including leerfish, spotted grunter, kob and elf. And top all of this, we have secured access to private property further upriver, more than 3 kilometers of prime flats past Groenpunt.
Beginners and Old Salts are all welcome and numbers are limited to 6 fly fishers. Philip will host the trip and will be available to assist the fly fishers.
The cost is R 3950.00 per person and this includes three nights accommodation, boats/skippers and fuel and all meals. Drinks, apart from coffee and tea are excluded. A 50% deposit secures your spot.
