The steelhead came from Alaska. I can do all salmonoids just need measurements and photo and I can make one. All sizes of trout too brown, rainbow, brook, cutthroat and so on too

I know there is no way to give a definite, but what are we looking at price wise (ball park figure) for say a Yellowfish of 4 kg's, and a trout of 2kg's. You can pm me if you don't want to post in public.

btw, I don't have either of these lying in my freezer, just want to get an estimate, should I ever want to do it.
