    Default What weight for Tilapia

    Hi all,
    Just a little advice needed.
I currently have a TFO BVK 5# and a CD Downunder 5# which I use for stillwater trout.
Was wanting to get another rod for occasional river fishing here in KZN, aswell as fishing for Tilapia and small bass at some dams around our area.
    Dams are smallish (+-1-2Ha).
    What would be a better road to get, a 8ft 3# or a 8'6 4#
Am looking for presentation, then distance.
Currently looking at another TFO BVK.

    Rather get a 3wt than a 4wt, since you already have a 5wt.
Would suggest an ~8ft 3wt for what you are after, which will cover small stream fishign for trout too.
