    Default Algae fly for Bull mullet & Milkfish

    This a very simple fly to tie up if your interested in targeting Bull Mullet.

    Take a size 12, 14 or even 16 hook and place thread towards the bend of the shank

    Attach a 6cm strand of Olive UV Polar chenille
    Bullmullet algae fly3-004.jpg
    And Palmer around the hook shank up to the hook eye.Whip finish....jobs a good en!

    These flies fooled a couple of fish for me last summer off the sand banks in Durban harbour.

    I've chucked something similar for mullet in the EC estuaries. It works ... but not always, good to have it in your box as an option.
