Your ultimate #1 saltwater species on the fly?

If you could target and catch any 1 of the following saltwater fish, which would it be?

1) Permit
2) Bonefish
3) GT
4) Tarpon
5) Milkfish
6) Mako shark
7) Any other suggestions

I have a yearning to catch a decent GT on fly (then again, I would probably die of heart-attack if that ever happened) and to name but a few, I would love a Golden Dorado and a yellowfish

I voted GT because it's been an obession for me since I got ****ed up by one a few years back, but Bonies and Tarpon are also on the list of "wants" with my last BIG desire to get a Tuna on fly.

I would like any of the above, but I voted for Permit because they are truely such a beautiful looking fish, and having had a couple of casts at some recently, I am truely 'bitten' to catch one in my lifetime....

Also known as Greater Pompano or Indian Ocean Pompano (I think), a mate picked a big(ish) one up while casting to what he thought was a GT, he reckons they put up a hell of a fight.

From what I have seen ... probably Triggers or those Humpback/head Parrots

Yip, I believe they are the cousin of the atlantic permit Trachinotus falcatus caught in the states. On the Southern Oman coastline, they are in abundance and are regularly caught. Have a look at this chaps blog - he has caught 6 in the last 2 months - such stunning looking fish.....http://notemapez.tumblr.com/
