    Default Enrico Puglisi Materials (EP Fibers)

    Do you find EP Fibers to be expensive? These fibers are nothing more than the synthetic fibers used in the hair business - repackaged as EP Fibers.

    Link to Kanekalon Braid hair fibers;

    (Scroll down the webpages and at bottom, also see pages 1, 2, 3 ..)

    Much cheaper and much, much more material!
    I bought a lot of this material and each package contains about 20 x more material that the EP Fiber packages - at less than 1/2 the price.

    Wiets, sorry you already bought EP fibre. In Durban we have SF Fibre, the EP ican't compare ! We have been using them for some time and had many KZN hookups, including that 105, and a Dec 2007, Farquar Group used a bunch of Ufudu SF Fibre flies and the fish went wild for them.
    Ask Coop about the material and how good it is.

    Hi Paul

    I never bought any EP Fibres - instead, I bought lots of Kanekalon fibre. See this thread.

    Your SF Fibre - is that the Steve Farrar (SF Blend) fibre you are referring to? If so, I have more LOTS of this material.

    If your SF Fibre is not the Steve Farrar Blend, I would indeed appreciate a small sample of the stuff.

    Yes it is Steve Farrar, they have increased the colour range. It makes fantastic baitfish patterns in fact most of my flies are being tied with it apart from Sempers
