Nice one Wiets , I like the look of the shaving brush
Most shaving brushes today contain Chinese Boar's hair (pig bristle) - it is super tough and would make great antenna, fibbets and even legs. Most quality paint brushes contain horse hair, an ancient fly tying material which can also be used for antenna, fibbets and legs. Long length horse hair can be used for much more. So save those old and wasted paint brushes and use them in fly tying. Maybe you know of a paintbrush manufacturer - it might be worth your while to go begging for materials.
